Streamlining processes and making them more efficient is always a good way to keep yourself organized, but sometimes you might take the process too far and add a ton of unnecessary steps. Organizational blog Unclutterer recommends you ditch that complexity by never instituting more than three steps.

If your organization tasks have more than three steps, then that means they're probably too complex and you're wasting your time. Unclutterer explains:
